No. Local is free, and Connect is a one-time payment for a perpetual license, per the EULA. Connect includes 1 year of minor updates and bug fixes from purchase; the version you own keeps working after that. Only the upcoming Team tier is planned as a per-seat subscription.
LoxiaFlow is local-first: projects and data are stored in a SQLite database on each developer's device. Code is only sent to an AI provider if you configure a cloud model — run local Ollama models and nothing leaves the machine.
No. LoxiaFlow's license covers the app itself. Your team brings its own AI — local Ollama models or OpenCode CLI (both free), or your organization's own API keys or CLI subscriptions for cloud models.
Every layer and repo inside a project stays unlimited on every tier, so your team gets the full architecture experience even on a single project. Project count is just a proxy for how much you rely on the tool.
Shared team workspaces, hosted sync, PM reporting, and issue import from GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Linear are planned, not available today. Pricing and terms will be published once they're ready, and existing Connect licenses won't need to be repurchased.
Paid licenses include free minor updates and bug fixes for 1 year from purchase. After that, a future major version is available as a discounted upgrade, and continued updates and support beyond the first year can be arranged separately — you never have to pay again just to keep using the version you own.
