Privacy Policy

1. Local-First by Design

LoxiaFlow is a local-first desktop application. Your project data — requirements, documents, code, mockups, workflows, and configuration — is stored in a SQLite database on your own machine. We do not upload, host, or have access to your project data.

2. Information We Collect

LoxiaFlow is currently in beta. If you use the free Local version and never register, the Software does not send us your name, email, device information, or any license check-ins. We collect information only from people who choose to start a trial, activate a license key, purchase a license, or join the Founding Member Program, and only what is needed to run licensing and support. If a trial ends and the app returns to the free version, license check-ins stop, although the registration details already provided remain on our records until you ask us to delete them:

• Registration details: your name and email address, provided when you start a trial, activate a license key, purchase a license, or join the Founding Member Program.
• Device and license information (trial and paid users only): a device identifier derived from your machine (not your project data), your operating system, the app version, and periodic license check-ins so we can enforce trial and device-count limits.
• Feedback you choose to send: the message, type, and optional email address you submit through the in-app feedback form.
• Update checks (all users): the app may contact our release server to check whether a newer version is available. This is a standard file request and may expose your IP address to that server.
• Website visitors: this website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate traffic.

We use this information to provide and secure the Software, communicate with you about your access and license, and respond to support and feedback.

3. Third-Party AI Services

LoxiaFlow lets you connect your own AI providers (for example Ollama, Anthropic, OpenAI-compatible APIs, or CLI tools such as Claude CLI or Agy CLI). When you use one of these providers, the prompts and context you send are transmitted directly from your machine to that provider under its own privacy policy and terms — not through any MoilStack server. We do not see or store that traffic.

4. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your project data, and the Software does not send usage analytics or telemetry about how you use its features. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

5. Where Data Is Processed

Licensing and feedback requests are handled by cloud infrastructure that may process data in countries other than your own. LoxiaFlow is available to users worldwide during beta. By using the Software you understand that the limited information described above may be processed outside your country of residence.

6. Data Retention

We retain registration, device, and license information for as long as needed to administer your trial or license and provide support, or until you ask us to delete it, unless we are required by law to keep it longer.

7. Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us. We will respond in line with the data protection laws that apply to you.

8. Children

The Software is intended for professional and personal use by adults and is not directed at children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when we move from beta to general availability. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
