LoxiaFlow is in beta. This document is provisional and will be updated at general availability.
By downloading, installing, registering for early access to, or otherwise using LoxiaFlow ("the Software"), provided by MoilStack ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
LoxiaFlow is a local-first desktop application that assists with software planning, design, implementation, testing, security scanning, and issue tracking. LoxiaFlow orchestrates third-party AI models and CLI tools that you configure and connect yourself — it does not host, resell, or proxy those AI services.
We may offer a limited number of free licenses ("Founding Member" spots) to early registrants in exchange for product feedback. Availability is limited, offered at our discretion, and may be modified, paused, or ended at any time without notice. A free license granted under this program does not guarantee future free access, upgrades, or support beyond what is stated at the time it is granted.
LoxiaFlow is currently a beta release. It may contain bugs, change without notice, or lose data, and some features may be incomplete or unavailable. Back up anything important. You use the beta at your own risk, and these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the EULA are provisional and will be replaced by final versions at general availability. Continued use after that point is subject to the final versions.
The Software is offered to users worldwide during beta, but we make no representation that it is appropriate or lawful in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any export, sanctions, and data protection rules. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you where you live.
You do not need an account or registration to download the macOS or Linux versions of the Software, or to use the free Local version. No registration details or telemetry are collected from free Local use.
The Windows download is delivered by email: you must provide a valid email address to receive your download link.
Registration is required only if you start a trial or use the Connect tier, so that we can track your license and enforce its limits, such as the number of devices. You are responsible for keeping your registration information accurate and for any activity associated with your registration.
Your right to install and use the Software is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the EULA on matters of software licensing, the EULA controls.
You agree not to:
LoxiaFlow lets you connect your own AI providers (for example Ollama, Anthropic, OpenAI-compatible APIs, or CLI tools such as Claude CLI or Agy CLI). You are solely responsible for any accounts, subscriptions, API keys, and fees associated with those third-party services, and for complying with their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or output of any third-party AI service.
LoxiaFlow is a paid product. Pricing for plans outside the Founding Member program will be published separately. We reserve the right to change pricing for new licenses at any time; changes will not retroactively affect a license already granted under its stated terms.
The Software, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by MoilStack and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding except as necessary to use the Software as intended.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoilStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software, including damages resulting from third-party AI services you choose to connect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
